If not, you can try one of those wrist-pillow-thingies people put in front of their keyboards. Those with some kind of gel inside. -
I got an ergonomic keyboard and placed it so that my hands are always resting.
No more strain -
Bought a power ball to exercise my rist. Have an alarm set to take breaks every now and then and also bought a ergonomic mouse. Seems to have worked for me, haven't had any problems since i made these changes.

Get wrist starp that literally attaches to your wrist. It's just a gel mouse pad with a strap in essence.
