Media always misinterprets anything related to computer and information technology. Recently found an Indian News channel which aired news about recent cyber attack and stated virus named "Ransomware" (not WannaCry) has affected computers all over the world. They aired wrong information without hesitation despite India being world's rapidly growing IT hub.

It is a type of ransomware, the name doesn't matter. Also some ATM here were also non functional, because many if them are XP so yeah, I think they upgraded to win 10 in the mean time
