Today we've discovered that our (western) client (or slack? we don't know yet) actively removes all messages if they contain some forbidden words.

Apparently, 'graphql' is one of the forbidden words.

Talk about censorship in the east... right...

    Yes, cencorship is a huge problem in the western Internet. For example youtube shadowblocks a lot of valid comments, yet all the spam in the world still gets through. A part of the problem is that moderation is expensive, I've heard. That doesn't explain why it works like it does, though.

    Yeah. Censorship is getting pretty bad over here in the west, too. It’s mostly the woke crowd, and they’re overzealous about it.
