Who the fuck has time to select destination countries when uploading a mere video

I thank it's not up to uploader but copyrights for that country and YouTube, at least I never saw option to manually select country. Lots of parodies (and not only) are blocked for example in Germany due to local law :/

I think the uploader didn't set that. A copyright claim is making the video unwatchable.
