Does anyone know of a good tool or service for compressing svgs for web.

I got about 80 files I need to reduce in size

Help!

SVGs by default use the standard GZip algo and keep the file as .svgz; if you want to further compress then try this, it claims to reduce it by 90%

Does it need to remain an SVG, or can you convert them to PNGs?

What type of data is in the SVG, can some of it be safely stripped out ?

@codeblood thanks. I looked at em but seems I can only do one file at a time which is gonna be painful since there's 76 of them.....

@juneeighteen good idea. I can and probably should convert to PNG. Gonna try that if I can't get a decent tool for doing svg in bulk

@human if only. But they already shutdown the platform anyway :(

So I found an awesome one. Bulk compression too.

If anyone here may want to know for in the future.
