Getting a lot of headaches? Try replacing coffee/energy drinks with ice cold H2O first thing in the morning. It works after a week and it shocks your body into waking up faster.

    My neurologist strongly recommended giving up caffeine in order to manage my migraines. It works, and I've reduced them from multi-weekly to one or two a year. What a relief!

    @Torbuntu @iAmNaN I've not gotten a single one since I cut caffeine from my diet. Even decreasing daily caffeine intake can have good results.
