@TheBinaryGuy I am gonna put this thread on sleep, until you learn that word. 💤

I used to go hard regularly, putting in longer days and long nights but I realized that if I wasn't sleeping enough my focus and quality of work took a hit. For me it came down to the law of diminishing returns.

f03n1x65038yMy sleep time is 12am to 5am,
I'll also get about 20-30 minutes sleep on the train lol (depending how loud people are) and about 10-15 minutes sleep on the bus.
Overall the naps I take on public transportation help a lot I get home and can code for a bit longer :D
Though for the weekend it's dependant on what I'm doing (gaming, I'll be up to early hours of the morning), working on my game will usually be till 12am and then sometimes I sleep in till mid-day lol -
Most nights it's 12:00am to 5:00am with a 30 minute nap at 5:30pm. The nap is the most important part.
-
Weekdays 2 am - 7 am and a 30 min nap on the bus,
Weekends 3/4 am - 12/1 pm usually
