Has any of you tried to launch their own e-commerce business and if so, was it successful ? Was it hard to find the products, the marketing, the ads ?

It's not hard, just incredibly time consuming.

If you do it all yourself you're likely going to be working 18-20 hour days.

Collect some capital and hire some contractors to take care of the small stuff so you can focus on the big stuff.

Starting an e-commerce business is definitely a challenge, but it can be super rewarding if done right. Finding the right niche, managing logistics, and standing out in a crowded market are some of the biggest hurdles. One thing that really helps is offering unique, personalized products—people love items that feel special. That’s why I always recommend checking out https://personal-creations.pissedconsumer.com/... for inspiration. They’ve nailed the custom gift market, and learning from established businesses can be a game-changer. If you’ve launched your own store, what was your biggest struggle?
