There's also hodor ipsum, corporate ipsum and hipster ipsum (http://hipsum.co) to name some others

There's tons of them there. "Hipster ipsum" remains my favorite...possibly because of my proximity to Portland.

Get this one far to often. I only use Loren ipsum so we can focus on the design not the content. Shew client's!

It actually matters.
If you fill it with real content, others can see how your design relates to the content that you displayed. That's why we have tools like uifaces.com, faker, etc.
