Never assume anyone will figure out anything on their own

But isn't figuring things out yourself (for example by googling, asking, reading, tracing through code, debugging etc.) One of the more important and regular things you do as a developer? Being able to figure things out should be a core-skill

@heikomat I would like to agree with you, but more often than not people ask you questions, for which if they were to type them into Google, they would find the answer in the first or second link...
