Why can't people pick up on the subtle cues that you are busy? If I am intently looking at my monitors then I am fucking busy! This is not the time to engage in a personal convo. Then do not slack me after that! I wish slack had an icon that conveyed 'under a deadline unless the building is on fire do not disturb'
