Who thought adding a stupid web app to configure a switch is a good idea? Who!?

If you never have to use it after configuring once, then I’d prefer a web app over native app.

Have you tried to use Cisco's awful CLI to configure it (via serial cable)?

I bet 1.) sold it 2.) the product didn’t have the functionality so they sold it.

It probably went something like:
“This magic Switchapp will make all your problems away, you could even on/off your wife. And clean up some ip tables.”
