Does anyone know of a "formattable" ARM tablet that I can install whatever I want (maybe even dual boot), make upgrades... That is, that I can take advantage of the fact that it's a computer?
I'm a software developer and I'm tired of having to "buy a new gadget" just because the vendor doesn't want to update Android anymore.
Is there anything on the market that isn't expensive like Raspad or ugly like CutiePi?

NOTE: I live in Brazil, Pine does not deliver here.

@bigmonsterlover sometimes one only knows what one wants to achieve in abstract terms, w/o knowing possible means to get there. This qn fits that bill

Android hardware is very different from those laptop/PC; which you may install windows/linux as you will. You can't simply reformat and install any OS you want on it. Even Cyanogenmod and Lineage OS requires you to download a custom ROM which is specifically tailored for your phone model. You bricked your phone if you flashed a wrong ROM on it.

@daniel-wu it's usually quite difficult to really brick an android phone. You can end up with a phone that doesn't boot but it's the same as a PC with an OS that doesn't boot — you just install a different rom.

Arm devices in general require a special OS build if you look at SBCs.
