My anxiety is hitting alarming highs, I am currently not able to do anything 😭😅🥲

    I get you. I took last week off. Getting panicky mid day out of habit even when there's no laptop in front of me 😞. Therapy helps ♥️ (they're like driving instructors, keep trying till you find one that fits)
