Is there a single CEO from a medium/big company that isn’t a major douchebag?

@UnicornPoo Isn't that what all affirmative actions really are? "Here, let me lower the standards for you, because you can't do any better". I'm just surprised so many people think such mentality is somehow "progressive" and "empowering".

having women on is not guaranteed to be much better. had one saying giving birth was not a detractor to women's careers because she did it (probably earns 6x our salary and has a full team of caretakers at her disposal but ok)

In Germany there is a "girls day"... A kind of job interest event for young girls in school.

    Our companies female CEO participates.

Our internal code name for her (or better *MY* code name) is warmonger...

Simply for the reason that she is a walking antichrist that refuses any kind of diplomacy, empathy or kind of leader ship. Yep - a blood hound, win by tyranny, lead by fear.

Her "selfwritten introduction" (sponsored by overtime of the marketing team, so much to self written) depicts her as a nice philantropist and an example of female leadership done right.

Never trust the cover of a book was the saying I guess.

It doesn't matter what type of conference, who speaks etc. Always find out for yourself to what you're listening and who talks.

A wolf in sheep's clothing is pretty common, person cult, too - or person propaganda.

    And trust your instincts.

The first time I had a talk with the female CEO under 4 eyes, I excused myself after less than a minute saying I had an urgent meeting. Not joking, my stomach turned three times after listening to that bitch cause even before she opened her mouth I could tell that she was trouble. After she started talking it became just way worse.
