I'm just realizing recruiters are willing to buy you lunch. New goal: eat for free every Friday until the new year...

my team does this with vendors. it's hilarious when you hear them on the call "yeah we're very interested in your product. where are we meeting for lunch?

During lunch you have to actually talk to them... not worth it...

@palecio haha. that's fair. I'm happy to report the recruiter I sat with today was actually very professional. He actually read my resume, didn't push jobs on me that I didn't want.. actually, I'm starting to think he's not a recruiter, maybe a corporate spy?
