Happened at work a few months ago (I'm new to devRant, that's why I post this now):
"I have bugs!" - "Then fix them..." - "No, come here and have a look, I have bugs!"
He literally had a bunch of very small insects inside of his monitor, don't ask me how they got there.

I had one couple years ago as well, I noticed it slowly creeping through the monitor. Was hopping it will manage to get out. Unfortunately I was fixing a bug after my colleague and that poor thing literally died on those lines. We eventually fired that programmer, that was the only moment he actually killed a bug instead of creating a new one.
