In my previous job we had a monthly meeting, where we had to discuss all periodic meetings we had to attend. This meeting was only for non managers, and we created a sheet of pros and cons, which was than reviewed by managers on specific meeting for that purpose, and then we had a meeting to discuss those points with managers.

how much of a factor were all these meetings in you leaving that previous job?

@cjbatz honestly it slowly raged in me with many other things I didn't like. I liked the ppl there (in personal life, still we do go out together sometimes), but they had different opinions in ways how to do business. So eventually I left. Some may say I am just not easy to go with, but actually the company closed last November and I left 2 years ago. But it is more complicated and I can't actually say more :)
