    I would fire anyone that does this.

    But let's be honest, I would probably also fire someone for using semicolons at all*

    MAKE JS GREAT AGAIN.

    * if they insisted on polluting a large codebase with inconsistent style.

    Seriously? Always when I see this post my first reaction would be to retype the semicolon. Every normal programming language will give you something like a 'unexpected token' error.
