    When switching wifi or having network problems most of the time it just stops receiving messages. That's the main issue. Phone app has the same problem too.

    Feel free not to use it or make something better. I'm not defending it here but to brush it off as all bad is a bit much.

    @logic its not all bad, voice and video is good. It is the worst free im that people use tho.

    Skype sucks is an understatement but unfortunately it works better than some other shit I've tried while travelling.

    I'm having a meeting on Monday through Skype. In Linux. And I haven't opened that crap for about 3 months. I want to cry.

    Try using Skype for business, then you will love using regular Skype!

    Almost all the Messengers dont allow sharing .dll files, but Skype allows it without a problem, and my non-IT friends prefer it that way.
    So yeah it's got some ups and downs. 😂

    A colleague of mine has had issues with Skype on mobile and Mac for the entire week. Even updating reinstalling, restarting machine.

    I have to use Skype for work, just got a new laptop and it had the new Skype app on it. Looks nice but don't like how it doesn't sit in the system tray and show messages so back to "Classic" Skype for me
