Once you've been writing code for so long, being excited writing code can go away. I still find that I get the rush when working with a new language or technology. It feels good to be a beginner again 🙂

Couldn't agree more ! I was bored with C++ and 3D programming and considered a pretty drastic career change when I stumbled upon web programming via a Python project for my former employer. Then onto JS, node.js, etc
