@dFox really loving devRant, but I feel like the site should require text with picture posts or something. Noticed a trend where people are just using this as a meme aggregator instead of rant site.

Myself and many others try to give context to memes for ranting purposes, but I'm noticing some users are clearly after up votes.

I hate to use a meme on this site, but 16 years later, I can't believe how often this still happens to me.

Once you've been writing code for so long, being excited writing code can go away. I still find that I get the rush when working with a new language or technology. It feels good to be a beginner again 🙂

I wish I could teach younger developers that shipping the product is also a feature.
