I used to work as an all-in-one IT guy in a company. One day I got a call from our HR team and the HR said "my Internet banking account has been hacked! It's logging in automatically!!" So I went to see the issue, and the so called "hack" was because she allowed Mozilla Firefox to save her login credentials, and because of that the login form was automatically filled. Such a stupid ass

Most time it's just a simple reason like this.
But you need to see the other side of the coin.

Make she/he's good at accounting and book keeping, but has not such a good knowledge in IT.

Rather than judging here/him, it's better to teach them and educate. Then they are the next time smarter and you got a better reputation ;)

@MoboTheHobo But in order to be good at modern day accounting and book keeping, wouldn't the most basic computer skills be necessary? (I consider using an internet browser to be basic.)

@jhh2450 Yea, but sometimes there are old people over 50+ at accounting.

I respect them for there experience with book keeping.

I can also learn some tricks for accounting from them, which you don't learn in school.

And the same way it's around. They can learn something from a young IT guy, which grew up with it.
