also netbeans for it's refactoring features. But that's IDE -
asking that question here is like going to a car convention and asking what the best car ever made was, your never going to get a single difinitive answer.

@0xH4lcyon emotional and intelligence are not two things that are generally put side by side lol, you can form an emotional attachment to the IDE you enjoy but to do that you have to experience it.
I could however give an intelligent argument as to why he should use a specific IDE, still not easy to sift through all the different software to what will fit specifically for him. -
@RampantShadow no, what I mean is emotional intelligence in the sense that If I refer to something as being the best. I.e: notepad for coding, then you and everyone else would find it hard not to correct me with your own opinion for me making such a obscure statement.
