Having the capability to work from home (or anywhere really) with little to no hindrance of my progress or my ability to communicate with my co-workers

I wanna seriously start learning another programming language, and I have three that I really wanna learn but I can't decide which one would be best to learn first. For some background, I vehemently prefer web development over anything else development-related. I have almost solely been developing frontend, and I am extremely interested in getting more into backend development. So, which one should I pick and why?

- Ruby

I actually only started programming a little less than two years ago. I entered my freshman year of college as a mathematics major, but as time went on I ended up enjoying coding in C++ much more than trying to work out partial equations.
I have since become fascinated with many aspects of computer science, mainly web development and systems programming (I discovered Linux and the command line only a year ago and I'm practically in love). I've since been working for a couple fairly new startups with duties from developing a mobile native app in AngularJS/Ionic to migrating content to new servers and developing custom themes on WordPress. I have deep, deep aspirations of eventually being employed by Google as a Senior Software Dev (although I'd definitely prefer working for a company that would allow 100% remote work 😁). I've even finally began developing my own projects, ranging from a URL shortening service to a basic online encyclopedia.
I wanna spend the rest of my life doing this shit. Hell, I hope I die at my computer.1 -
I just had to spend 10 minutes of my life going through 674 lines of HTML code and deleting every font tag, with there being at least one font tag on every line.2

Finally got my new MacBook Air. I was beyond anxious to put the first stickers on it.

I currently work for my college for the web team. We are working on a year long project which is to update the college's old website to one that is not only more user friendly, but is also mobile friendly (unlike the old one). My job for the past week (with another week to go) has been to simply delete all HTML attributes that were used in HTML3, and this entire site was written using it.

My setup, featuring multiple empty mountain dew bottles and an overabundance of Chrome extensions. Luckily I'll be upgrading to a Mac in only 5 days!
(I'm a college student; all I can afford is simplicity)6 -
Quite recently I received an email from a recruiter who first claimed that they had seen my resume, told me I may be a great fit for a job of one of their clients, and then proceeded to list the job description. That's typical, but what caught my eye was the fact that the first requirement he mentioned was 7+ years experience with Java. If he had actually read my resume, he probably would've seen that not only do I not have any experience with Java, but that I am a 20-year-old who made damn sure to put on my resume that I only have 2 years of experience in total...4

Programming is 10% science, 20% ingenuity, and 70% getting the ingenuity to work with the science.2

In 12 days, I will not only be getting a MacBook Air, but I will also have the honor of discontinuing using a Windows laptop after 4 long, extrutiatingly painful years5

I can't wait to start my job so that I can finally start ranting about work-related things like everyone else3

"What do computers and air conditioners have in common?"
"They both become useless when you open windows."
