I hope middle management feels some type of way when they learn that 70% of people want to leave their jobs right now. I hope all companies get what they deserve. I hope they all learn how to be better.

What about those who promoted developers to middle managers because they need to have a "career path"? I encountered several team leads and CTO's who would rather sit at their desk coding and had a hard time not to micro-manage their team about code style etc.
