    Actually trying to install Deb right now (see my profile for the thread) and I'm having trouble with the wifi card. Any advice?

    @chadd17 figure out what your wifi card is, find linux firmware, put on usb stick, plug into computer while installing debian

    might work

    @Letmecode was gonna downvote until I realized - hyper pride in our preferred technology, sports team, political party, etc is what makes us alienate each other.

    @Letmecode Well, that's not a fair comparison. You'd need to also hold a metaphorical gun up to Debian's head, so you'd have to choose one.

    Debian was my first Linux love. I used it for 4 years without changing it. But breaking it a lot lol

    Debian or Ubuntu with unity (Unity is comfy to me) is the best Distro out there
