willol13897y@Artemix he said that he'll put Arch on it :)
That's more than sufficient. Programming isn't a heavy task -
@Artemix not really? I prefer 10 over any other windows version because of the better support for devs in 10.
Docker
HyperV
Ubuntu (from the store) -
@Artemix Im working with it daily, the ubuntu got a big update today, I could even make some graphical prompts pop up using a tutorial on the internet. (not a linux user and got only basic bash skills).
I prefer powershell over bash as well, im only using ubuntu on windows regularly for ssh. -
cr782817yWhats actually important for programming is whether you like the keyboard. If the laptop keyboard is shit and you can't (for whatever reason) use an external keyboard, then coding really really sucks.

@cr78 this indeed, I use the home and end keys a lot but some of the laptops of colleagues have thise under the fn key. Also keyboards with a numpad are really great in my opinion.
If the layout is good than you can get used to the keyboard and ir wont be that bad.
Sorry for posting this, but I would like to know if you think that this notebook would be good for programming. I will put arch linux on it.
Asus UX31 0UA FC344T Laptop (Intel Core i7, 512GB, 16GB RAM, Intel HD Graphics/Win Home 10) Gold
In my opinion it should be pretty good. It has a decent processer, lots of RAM and a SSD . I won't use it for gaming so I don't think that the bad graphics card is a deal breaker.
