I have the model before that for 4 years now (I think) and never got any issues. Actually, best gaming/work mouse I ever had

@shozukan the problem I am facing is that the cursor doesn't move, and after 2 minutes of non responsiveness, it blinks the default colour(green) 2 times showing that it's resetting its changes and the applied colour of the mouse comes, but the cursor stop is unresponsive, is it because the sensor is faulty ? Also is red light necessary for the sensor to react, meaning if I change the colour of the mouse to blue, the light falling in the sensor is blue as well (tried that and didn't work as well)

@sam9669 mine is blue, I can check today is the light is also blue, but it might be faulty

You might wanna check if there's no dust near the laser, or some particles that are messing with it. Either that or if the laser is pointing to the right place, as it might have taken a fall and messed it up

Everybody said it's great for gaming within the budget range, gone within a year of use, waste of money or probably defected piece .....but miss that 3200 dpi....
