Customer complained that the site was not rendering as it's supposed to. After spending hours trying to fix the bug I saw that the customer had zoomed the browser which obviously broke the rendering.

    That's why I always ask for a screenshot now

    It also happened to me because of outdated display driver, it ruined the UI.. You could check also if the drivers are updated.

    We need a devRant client support checklist so we quickly eliminate many of these things.

    When dinosaurs roamed the earth I had clients complain their desktop was dead when they had the contrast on their monitor to zero. Clients that I would say 'put the flopping in the drive and close the door' and there would be silence and I would hear their office door close... I actually created a list of 20 client crazy things I heard over and over.

    Maybe someday this can be a devRant TOTW and then we can make it a living checklist/punch list. It would be fun and useful. Thoughts?

    @Jumpshot44 , that was crazy. Maybe we can create a Do's and Don'ts list for clients reference LOL.
