The things on your cv are suppose to be known by you, not by your colleague from the previous job.

I had a guy on interview, who talked about his colleague's work... wtf.

    Slightly related.

I know a girl who applied for pharmacy school at an esteemed college. During her interview, she stressed the fact that her family owned a pharmacy. Constantly talking about the pharmacy they owned. Another one of the applicants that interviewed with her talked about her experience working at a pharmacy.

You can guess which one was accepted and which one was declined. I don't understand how people can think something that is pretty irrelevant to them will actually help them.

"we did this, that and that in group."
    - what part did you complete?
Cheering on them and drawing doodly mascots.
