Blade or twig?

    For me it's more a question of the framework behind (Symfony, laravel etc). When coding just with composer I prefer twig because I like the syntax more.

    I prefer Blade, it looks neater in my eyes and I've got a lot more experience in it.

    I'm not really into frameworks as such but I like the idea of using a templating engine. So I don't have to include header and include footer on every new page I create in this MVP I'm dredging up right now.

    @SSDD Then check out both and compare the syntax. That is basically the only difference.

    If i look at the people I know, are backenders more in favor of Blade and frontenders more in favor of twig.
