    I've been wanting to get a pair of those Sony A50's or whatever they are, those studio ones.

    @tobich The why, I forgot to include :
    I consistently hear they're reliable and have very balanced sounds. I had an old pair of sonys I loved, so I trust the sound/brand.

    sennheiser HD25-1: good monitoring for music composing / mixing purposes ( does not color the sound to much, by boost or cuts in the frequently spectrums), durability(parts are replaceable(cable, EarPods)), ect.

    Yeah I run Astro A50's there sound quality is average for music but I can wander around. When i think through app logic I pace. Love the wireless range on them.

    I'd prefer sound quality over style, Sennnheiser HD650 w/ Oppo HA-2 along with Tidal serves me well.
