It depends for everyone. But my friend who goes to gym couple times a week weight around 70. Muscle fat ratio is also important, BMI is somewhat misleading just by itself.

We3D26531y@aviophile idk, my whole life ( so far ) has been in periods. when I started track my weight, or more precisely started notting that my weight is staying more or less the same was 25 for many yes, then around 35, then 60 for many yrs and now around 65. and all the time w/o problem for me... soo I guess that's ok, or at least normal for me ;)
I did a blood pressure and fat % ratio or smth...
... both in d lower part of the excellent square ^.^
