Created a website for a client at a pretty low quotation. Set up 2 email accounts and provided step by step instruction on how to do it. Client now expect me to do it for all 13 of his employee with migration. For free. Told him i will need to charge extra for this, he claims that i didnt mention right at the start. Is this my fault? Should i do it? Please share.

    Did the original contract stipulate anything about email?

    If you're comfortable doing so you could paste the relevant clause/text from the contract here and people could give opinions on wether or not it could be interpreted to include the new request.

    I'm with the other comments here. What did the contract or quotation stipulate?

    But, in the words of The Joker, if you're good at something don't do it for free! 😎

    I find low budget work people are always trying to back you into a corner, I have started telling people like this to get bent

    @GinjaNinja @aaron
    These are the only things i included in the contract

    Website Design Fee
    Website (5 Pages)

    Real pure and simple. Nothing to do with email at all

    @ralee yeah those clients... We live and learn i guess. Take note from this client and make sure it doesnt happen on your future clients. This one in a short run is your clients win and your loss time to set up some 15 emails. Long run you learn and earn from it. Good luck :)
