Plz help me to choose between two offers.
First one is a services provider firm where I would get to work alone on projects for clients. The con is their is no Senior Android Developer's in the firm
Second one is a startup where I will be working with a team on their product.
Points to be noted :
1) I am a fresher
2) both companies are offering me same position (Android Developer ) and salary.

Option 3: go on and search a better Option.

    Because
    1) Beeing a lone struggler without someone for asking help is not good for the company and your personal development (learning unkowningly bad code practise)

    2) A start up will take advantage of you and consume your time and joy of living.

The second one sounds best to me for a beginner. Being part of a team is a less pressurised way to begin your career. You can learn from your peers.

I agree with the above comments about no senior to help and start ups may take over your life.

I would also go for the second option. Working alone on a project is probably not great for a novice, and I've always enjoyed working for startups more than bigger companies. But you do have to consider that getting paid might be harder or come with delays.
