Day 1/2 using windows phone.

Wish me luck my fellow debs, while my nexus 6P gets the camera glass replaced I'm stuck using windows 10 phone, this will be an interesting 2 days!

After you get past the initial shock, you should get that feeling that a phone is a phone and Microsoft did a pretty decent job.

On the plane back from MS Ignite-Atlanta while watching Battlestar Galatica (plane had a lot of other devs)

Me: "My phone cost me $30 and my voice-only plan around $30 a month. How much did you pay for your IPhones? Did you have to take a second mortgage to pay for the data plan? Frack off."

@BigMacca101 i havent had any bugs in the windows version where there are quite a few on android.
Cant see profiles on android, cant open links on android, double tapping opens a rant twice (instead of upvoting)

@Codex404 ... Strange haha, I haven't had any bugs on Android, did have a weird bug on windows that made an image stretch but that's about it

One important thing with Windows phone is accepting that official apps are lacking and you have to go with 3rd party ones. But trust me, there are really good ones. After being used to myTube I wouldn't be able to use the YouTube android app comfortably.

@codeman if you are not rhe social media type the apps are probably there.

@Codex404 Most social media apps are there. Discord, instagram, twitter, facebook. Snapchat is the biggest one missing, but it isn't big anymore. And the facebook app sucks.

@CristCD what discord app are you using? Most of them are looking sketchy.
