How much time do you have to spend on it in a month to get that?

@CrankyOldDev there is a trick to reach to it.. I guess when u reach 200 reps, stackoverflow rewards u 100 reps more.. so, I reached 200 and got 100 more n hence reached it here.. It took me 2 yrs + to reach 200.. which is extremely slow.. and then immediately reached 300.. hence got this achievement.. ☺
