Should I name my model Account or User ? Which one do you prefer ?

Is account the users account or customer account and can there be multiple users per customer?

Go for more verbose.

I made the mistake of using to generic names and have been regretting it since. (13 years and counting)

Its a bit verbose but opens up for future expansion with less risk of confusion.
