IF IT'S SO EASY THEN WHY DON'T YOU DO IT YOURSELF!

I was given a task to "make a website which 'lets the user search for a simple problem' (eg. Printer's not working) and it would list all options what to do before calling someone."

1) this guy realised that I'm rude when his printer or something is "not working"
2) I was told to do it for free since "it's my hobby" (seriously wtf is wrong with people...)
3) neat idea though
