Does anyone have recurring nightmare dreams about school?

I still get them even though it's > 10 years. Usually my dreams are about maths exams where I can read the question paper but can't make out the question.

Then other days I see myself walking up to class and I don't have my school bag with me.

Other times, I know my exams are gone bad and I barely wrote anything on the answer sheet and submitted it.

Other times, I see myself without pants in my classroom and everyone is pointing and laughing at me.

interesting, as far as I recall my last similar dream about going naked at school I just had the feeling that something is off, but I couldn't figure it out, and the fact that the dream schoolmates were not pointing at me, but doing their things was not helpful at all...

Just have this dream where I arrive at school and I’m in uniform; as an adult you get complete freedom over your life and in school there are rules to follow and you think you have this single purpose in life and nothing that you actually like has value, dreaming about school gives me this sudden anxiety that I’m in this mindset again, no matter what the “plot” of the dream might be.

These days I found my school’s Instagram and there was this post of this year’s science fair, a bunch of photos of the students in regular uniforms in the school hallways, it was a bit surreal seeing it because I suddenly felt immersed in the photos and felt that anxiety from the dreams for a second.

I had a phase when this occurred to me.

It was weird because I dreamt about me utterly failing my senior high schools courses year after year. (Despite holding two university degrees.), And I was 30 years old and still in high school, lol.

Guess it was my own projection of imposter's syndrome 😂

I always notice I'm dreaming when it gets not comfortable. I can quit it anytime.

Last one is classic

I usually sleep very well, so I often can't remember the dreams I had. However, one dream that sticks out the most is about my thesis defense. I couldn't defend my dissertation no matter how hard I tried, even though I had prepared extensively and the dissertation was flawless. This dream occurred during my time at university.
