Not that I don't find the picture funny, but a severe depression is a serious illness that you shouldn't fool around with.

Anyone who has or has had one knows what I mean.

@tracktraps I know, I do have severe depression and think about death everyday for years, havent offed myself since I at least wish to outlive my parents first

it gets better when you accept that ultimately everything is meaningless

@legionfrontier Then why don't you get some help? There are excellent drugs for it. None of them work overnight, but they do work. I've had a severe depression myself, and I know what I'm talking about.

I deliberately don't want to mention the names of the drugs, but the doctors know them.

@legionfrontier The reason I live is out of curiosity.

We live in one of the most interesting (and maybe last) years of humanity.
I really want to know what we will discover and will the humanity survive on Earth or not on it, will we land on Mars and colonize it, what exploits will wikileaks leak, test the new macOS, wait for jailbeak, update my server to Ubuntu 17 and so much more things to see and do.

@just-basic-user Just a curious fact, by the way: Up to now every generation thought that it was the one who was the last and the world was going to end.

Recently I read that the next end of the world is coming in October 2017. (Earth-destroyer Planet X - Nibiru).

@tracktraps I am not crazy, that’s shit, I am talking about overpopulation, global warming, maybe AI or Nuclear War.

    @just-basic-user

I don't think we're facing nuclear war. AI is still in its infancy. Global warming is a lie btw.

@tracktraps Thanks Mr. Trump, thanks for giving me the exclusive info that you are not going to fight North Korea.

@just-basic-user North Korea, well, nobody knows what weapons they really have - at least not the civilian population. I do not think nuclear weapons will necessarily be used. In my opinion, the war will be more like an economic war. Everyone knows the consequences of a nuclear war, including Mr. Trump.

And global warming is actually a lie. Nothing warmed up. I'm not saying that - that's what science says. Global warming is only used as an excuse for various laws - just like the fight against terrorism.

that moment when me confessing to the internets about my crippling depression leds to people comment on the imaginary planet Nibiru and "killing" us even though there are actual other actual real stuff like a possible upcoming Asteroid that its current path could hit earth in like 20 or so years (dont remember the exact date) if we dont do anything, discussing how far we are currently from the singularity or the whole North Korea thing ... Happy Fun times for everyone~~

@tracktraps Earth is silently going into another ice age but thanks to global warming this won’t happen soon.

It’s real but we are not really feeling it fully. Climate change is the real problem and it’s because of our pollution.

And of course don’t forget about overpopulation and the near end of petroleum products and coal. Soon people will be too much and without energy and with very little food. The deadliest war in history(preferably without nuclear weapons) is the only way out for the humanity.

@legionfrontier Like I said, interesting times for humanity and we will witness it all.
That a reason for living, at least for me.

@just-basic-user Isn't global warming the reason for the ice age? I'm not a scientist, but I read a lot. http://springer.com/gp/...

@legionfrontier Sorry, but like I said, get help and go to the doctor. Depression can be cured - or at least softened to the point that you don't have to waste every day on suicidal thoughts. It's worth living. Go to the doctor and get some antidepressants.

I didn't want to mention the names, but Mirtazapine (Remeron) and Citalopram (Celexa) will be excellent together against depression.
