I love coding but sometimes coding for days without getting out of home makes me feel one. Though when things aren't working like you expect. But it works other way too. If I don't code for day, I start getting depressed too, and all the feelings that I wasted my time starts coming into my mind

Sn8z347yI'm in the same position and I constantly tell myself that one day these feelings will belong to the past. Coding is a wonderful way to help me focus 100% on something other than all these bad thoughts. It feels really great to build something and solve problems, keeps me sane! Just hang in there and someday we will both look back at this period in life and feel stronger than ever before! :)

moort43407y@scout Meditation helps.
I was feeling depressed and stressed yesterday at work.
I just meditated for 2 min (while my program was compiling) and afterwards I had the most productive morning in a month
In these floods of anxiety and depression, coding is the only thing that is keeping me from sinking... <3
