I've had a bad back since the army, where I once caught an Apache AH-64A attack helicopter that had fallen off of its jack in our garage and held it in the air for a few seconds until another soldier could crawl out from under its belly. This mak s me extremely aware of my posture as well as other factors that are bad for my back.
I'm not a victim of poor posture, though looking at me from the outside you might think I am. I sit down, or sometimes even lie down in my chair, in extremely weird positions, mostly because they're better for my back.
However, I'm a victim of bad chairs, and even worse desks that are slightly too high for me. -
krlooss4937yI had this idea some days ago of attaching some straps to the chair that would keep me from leaning forward and help me keep the back straight
Are we all victims of self-inflicted poor posture? Or are there gods among us?
