I am sorry, but this is a stupid one.

We MUST do that. Often. I do that several times every day. Otherwise I'd be as dull as a piece of wood.

The nature of our project challenges us to go outside our comfort zone, to learn new things, to always be slightly incopetent with our new tasks, until we research and learn how to make it work.

Reminds me of the Peter principle.
