I have been mining a lot of galena in my minecraft world. I think it is part of nuclearcraft or something.

Fun fact: Most people never tasted real mayonnaise.

@IntrusionCM What is the definition of "real mayonnaise"?
  • 3
    @Demolishun

    Fresh eggs, self made.

Cause nearly all of the stuff you find in stores is far far far away from it.
  • 3
@IntrusionCM That is why I get Adams peanut butter. Ingredients: peanuts and salt.
  • 3
@Demolishun Yes. Since I found that, all other peanut butter tastes noticeably like chemicals.

@IntrusionCM Homemade mayonnaise is amazing. And incredibly difficult. Mine almost always breaks, and my ratios aren’t quite right for hollandaise so it’s really disappointing when it happens.

@Root somebody tried to crown @scor as queen of devrant. I did not participate. Not that @scor isn't worthy, but there is only @root and the @root empire.

@ostream I'm pretty sure the only word that is spelled like it's pronounced in french is ok
  • 1
@ostream Yeah, that's not "written as pronounced". This is:

    Majonéz [ˈmɒjoneːz]

all of those graphemes produce that exact sound no matter where they occur in the entire language, except for z which occurs in a the polygraphs sz, ssz zs, zzs dz, dzz, dzs, dzzs. There are around 14 polygraphs in the language and they are always pronounced the same way when they are next to each other.

The only languages I'd encountered so far that have a phonology comparably simple to Hungarian were constructed languages.

    Majonese

@IntrusionCM you need to go to better restaurants. Might be cultural though.

@hjk101 I always have them give me blue cheese dressing for my fries. I gauge the quality of the restaurant by how good their blue cheese is.
