Learning golang to replace Java in my arsenal, I just wish they had a nice framework for creating guis similar to JavaFX

I know bindings exist to things like qt and GTK but why cant they have a nice native ui library.

@Jop- I would love to do something like that but I don't know enough go at the moment my only experience so far is with the tutorial. I have found a ui library https://github.com/andlabs/ui but it seems to be missing a lot of features even some basic ones, maybe one day if I get good enough with go id look to implement a ui library. If you decide to do that though I'd definitely love to help but I'm to worried of being a project lead for a language I haven't really even used in practice yet for even a small project

I would love to just add to this existing project but it doesn't seem to be maintained anymore and pull requests are going nowhere
