It's showing just me, but few of my colleagues also have this issue. Some of them are able to access though.
I am diving deep into the issue.

@aswinramakrish lol.. just wondering what happened. I think few hosts went down. That's why few incoming traffic down.
You also getting the same error page??

UPDATE: Stackoverflow is up now. I consider myself to be lucky to encounter this outage when I didn't need stackoverflow for any major deadline purpose.

Just a question, why did you think your VPN was the problem? It was throwing a server error not a client error

@Jacobgc I know. I was just ruling out the probabilities. Coz, it was just overwhelming when SO goes down.
