It's crazy how little information people will give you to try and fix an issue. I want to give a lecture for my company about passing meaningful information forward... it may take a few minutes but damn it'll potentially help solve the issue in 1/100th of the time.

Seasoned SQA tester with Admin/DBA roles: The website is broken.
Junior dev(Me): alright, which page is causing issues. What were you doing when it started acting up.
SQA: there's a 500 error.
ME: Okay, which test environment were you in? Which of the hundred pages threw this, what were you trying to do? Can you send me the stack trace?

...Three days later...

SQA: how do I find the stack trace?

Me: Don't worry I found the issue and took care of it.
Also me: You fucking idiot. How are you heading a quality assurance team if you can't figure out rudimentary stuff. Your job is literally to identify issues and DOCUMENT THEM appropriately.
