Though it's unfortunate to hear, i understand why it's so hard to find clients willing to pay proper rates--too many guys selling themselves way too short and stuff like that. Seriously, we need to standardize some competency mini exams to screen out the posers. It would also give people a sort of guide as to where to focus, on a positive note
